Haas Floppy Emulator for Haas CNC Machines

Our floppy drive emulator works on numerous controls. We have perfected the “Plug-and-Play” nature of the floppy emulator on Haas CNC Machines and sold over 2,500 of them in the last two years!

It is easy to install and requires no system configuration, debugging or special software. The drive emulates your existing floppy drive to act as if the floppy drive was never removed.  Use the same buttons to load and save programs on the Haas CNC controller you’re familiar with.

What USB sticks will work with the Haas Floppy?

  • Any brand USB stick
  • Purchase 2GB or smaller USB sticks
  • FAT Format (Not FAT32)
  • Available from SFA @ $10 each

The order includes a printed setup guide and a 1GB USB Flash Drive, documentation and phone support (In the USA).

For other controls, please contact our Sales Department.

Reminder: This device is not a Haas memory upgrade. It will act as a Floppy to USB solution, replaces Haas floppy drives, and replaces the need for floppy disks. Files must be less than 1.3 MB to fit on USB stick.  If you need more storage, check out USB Connect Solutions.
