Complete Haas CNC support with Predator DNC Software

Predator DNC provides complete RS232 transfer, dripfeeding, wireless and Ethernet communication support for all Haas CNC models simultaneously. Within Predator DNC maximize the performance and capabilities of each Haas CNC model.

Predator DNC includes all Haas RS232 and Ethernet protocols standard with the purchase of Predator DNC software. Not all Haas CNC networking options are available for all Haas models.

Haas XModem Protocol support

Predator DNC includes support for Haas's XModem interface via RS232 with the following main features:

• Send to CNC
• Dripfeed to CNC
• Predator Schedule support¹
• Tool restart after tool break
• Multiple Haas CNCs simultaneously
• Error Correction
• Remote Request and Bar Code triggers
• Optional background operation as a true Windows service

NOTE¹: Predator Schedule support requires Predator DNC Enterprise.

Predator DNC includes support for the Haas Custom Macro support with the following main features:

• Load and Save variables
• CNC Probing
• Data Collection
• Machine Monitoring
• Automation of robots, PLCs and other devices
• Conditional Machining
• Part Family Machining
• Multiple Haas CNCs simultaneously
• Remote Request and Bar Code triggers
• Optional background operation as a true Windows service

NOTE: The Haas Custom Macro option may have to be purchased from Haas.
