Current Windows Requirements

Support for the following Microsoft Windows versions are included with v9:

• Windows 2000
• Windows XP
• Windows 2003 Server
• Windows Vista
• Windows 2008 Server
• Windows 7

NOTE: Includes support for x64 Editions. The latest service packs for each OS should be installed. Previous versions of Predator supported previous versions of Windows. Existing customers running Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME or Windows NT must upgrade to a newer OS prior to upgrading.

NOTE: Predator personnel are available to assist but we do not provide DBA level of support for your database servers. Microsoft Access licenses do not need to be purchased.

Minimum PC Hardware Requirements

Support for the following minimum computer hardware is required for v9:

• Pentium 4, AMD Athlon or newer CPU
• 40 GB or larger hard drive
• 512 MB or more RAM
• Mouse
• USB Port
• Serial Ports - for DNC communication
