Version 2017.08.14 –

NEW:

  • New Excel Exports: Equipment Status per Day & Part Count by Shift
  • New OPC UA data source added
  • Can now track users from the Data Entry Screen
  • Can now select a time zone when scheduling a report
  • New compatibility with FOCAS alarm descriptions
  • Summation of equipment status summary reports can be organized by column
  • Automatic updating of DataXchange client while application is running
  • Many more new features added

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • International time zones & updates should now be corrected
  • Custom variable for part data in Excel reports fixed
  • Able to properly schedule Group Reports now
  • Alarm Paretos should who properly now
  • Machines should now show up in shift group assignment page when assigned to certain machine groups
  • Windows 10 data Entry App should connect to local service properly
  • Manage Schedule Reports should function properly
  • Utilization chart should display properly on RTV screen
  • More improvements have been made, too

Version 2017.05.30 –

NEW:

  • SRC communication issues fixed

Version 2017.04.18 –

  • Built-in web browser updated
  • Viewing webcams from within RTV improved

Version 2017.02.21 –

NEW:

  • You can Save Reports & Email the Reports afterward
  • Collect Alarm data
  • Alarm Pareto Chart added
  • Display Custom Variables colors & values in the RTV grid View
  • Added new Focus Variables
  • RTV Screens in use will automatically refresh changes after 2 minutes if modified elsewhere
  • Display Names for the Custom Variables Form

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • DataXchange validation of machine licenses process modified
  • Operation Time Chart filter updated
  • Data Entry notes coding improved
  • Part Count icon image was updated
  • Equipment startup settings (to save in the cloud) updated
  • Corrected issues with Data Entry screens and some Application permissions

Version 2016.12.07 –

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Functionality improvements regarding MTConnect machines
  • No parts defined in the system indicated in Average Cycle Report
  • RTV tab has improved initial loading time
  • OEE data displayed as shifts in RTV is more functional
  • Variable DATA VALUE removed from Fanuc FOCAS & MTConnect variables
  • Many issues corrected, including for:
  • Part count resets on Data Entry Screen
  • OEE Summary Chart error corrected
  • OEE Summary Chart “no data” issue corrected
  • Incorrect OEE quality & OEE availability number errors fixed

Version 2016.10.03 –

NEW:

  • MTConnect Data Viewer
  • Scytec support staff can now remotely restart DataXchange services
  • Line to the Target Utilization per period chart that represents the average for each of the machines is a new feature to enjoy
  • You can now copy RTV screens to groups or users
  • User interface option to change whether the DataXchange service runs over http or https
  • RTV OEE Equipment Summary added
  • RTV OEE Equipment Grid has also been added
  • Operation Time Charts are new
  • Excel Export Report for Operation Time is also a new feature (and a tongue-twister!)

IMPROVED/UPDATED:

  • Performance with forms accessing ideal time and defaults
  • Equipment form updated
  • Can no longer delete a plant with equipment assigned to it
  • Labels on Metric Definitions page fixed to properly reflect the calculations being used
  • Sorting by equipment filter for particular charts and reports fixed
  • Easier removal of machines from the RTV
  • Saved utilization charts should now return data
  • Managing user report group memberships should be smoother
  • Auto Login should work in iOS
